This weekend I went to a really special lunch. A lunch at Coutts bank, were I realized how
important paper used to be and how little we think about it lately.
I also learned what a clever girl Louise Goldin is.
You probably know who she is but if you still don't here are a few tips:
She's a womenswear designer
She studied at Saint Martins
She gets inspired by architecture, specially Gaudi
She likes Kristen Stewart
She's doing a little film thingy with that God, Nick Knight
She's engaged
She has done this beautiful dress for Coutts
And then you woder what's Coutts? For those who don't know Coutts is one of the most important banks in England (THE most for me now). They care about new talent and that's why they are the new (and stronger) sponsor for London Fashion Week and they threw a lunch to explain us a bit about this exciting new thing that, (with my graduation next year in mind) I hope, lasts longer enough to involve myself with them in some kind of project!
Cheers for Louise (above) and for her great dress, below the making of the dress and the
photo-shoot. Can't wait to see her new collection this week at London Fashion Week!
